About Us

Veronika Gulchin is a boutique San Francisco Bay Area based photographer specializing in maternity, newborn, children and family portraits. Her work is focused on capturing the spark within every child, parent, and family in a range of styles from formal portraits to active and candid shots. She is available to take pictures in her South San Francisco studio or to travel within the Bay Area.

Veronika is a mom of two boys and formerly a special education teacher and social worker with an M.S. in psychology. She has an ability to connect with all children, and find a way to see their world and capture the most beautiful.

One of the magical things about a photograph is how it captures a fleeting moment or a feeling. Veronika's earliest lessons in photography were from her father, who showed her how pictures help us see the world and the important people in our lives. She experience that sense of discovery whenever she look through a camera lens. Her work today gives her an opportunity to discover a new world within each frame. Whether you are looking to document the anticipation of a baby on the way, the joy of a new arrival, the curiosity of a toddler or the wonder of your growing child, we look forward to hearing from you.
